Kuah is Langkawi's administrative and commercial hub, serving as its main ferry port. Here you'll find numerous duty-free shops for electronics, chocolates, and spirits. The most prominent landmark is Dataran Lang, Eagle Square, with its giant eagle statue at the harbour, symbolizing Langkawi's name. The nearby Legenda Park Langkawi showcases local myths and legends through its sculptures.
