Char Kway Teow

Flat rice and yellow wheat noodles are wok-fried with garlic, sweet dark soy sauce, and traditionally pork lard, served with egg, Chinese sausage, fish cake, bean sprouts, and cockles. The smoky aroma from the hot wok is called wok hei.
