For individual journeys, Taxis and Tuk-Tuks are available, with ride-sharing apps like Grab offering a convenient and transparently priced alternative. Renting scooters is popular here, but demands particular caution due to the lively traffic. Ao Nang's main promenade is very pedestrian-friendly and perfect for relaxed strolls. For exploring the surrounding islands and secluded beaches, the traditional Longtail boats are indispensable; tickets are available directly at the beach stands. Bicycles are also an option for short distances, while e-scooters are rarely seen.
