Public transport, such as metros and buses in large cities, is mostly accessible, but historic trams, like Lisbon's Eléctrico 28, are often very crowded and offer little space for strollers.
• Child Car Seats: In rental cars, child seats are legally required for children up to a certain size or age (usually up to 12 years or 135 cm in height). These can be added when booking the rental car.
