TNP Tour guide
The Canopy Walkway (Jambatan Kanopi) in Taman Negara National Park offers a unique perspective on one of the world's oldest rainforests. This impressive suspension bridge structure, stretching high above the jungle, offers close-up views of the treetop flora and fauna. You move across stable yet swaying bridges, attached to massive trees, providing unparalleled insight into the complex rainforest ecosystem. The total length of the walkway varies, but is usually over 500 meters at a considerable height above the forest floor. Our tip: Visit the Canopy Walkway right after opening in the morning for cooler temperatures and fewer visitors. This also heightens your chances to spot birds and monkeys. Wear sturdy footwear and bring plenty of water, as humidity is high.
