    The concert hall at the base of the Petronas Towers is home to the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra. Besides the resident orchestra, international ensembles perform here. Check the website beforehand for program and dress code.

    This interactive science and technology museum by oil giant Petronas is located on the 4th floor of Suria KLCC. With its many hands-on stations, it's particularly appealing to families with children. It is closed on the first and third Mondays of each month.     The aquarium, opened 2005 in the lower floors of the convention center at the edge of KLCC Park, displays over 5,000 animals from more than 250 species. A highlight is a 90-meter underwater tunnel above which sharks and rays swim. A popular choice for families and on rainy days.

    The 451.9-meter-high twin towers, designed by César Pelli, were the world's tallest buildings from 1998 to 2004. Their floor plan follows an eight-pointed Islamic star motif. With a ticket, you enter the double-deck Skybridge between the towers at approximately 170 meters (41st and 42nd floors) and the observation deck on the 86th floor. It is open Tuesday to Sunday and on public holidays from 9 AM to 9 PM (last entry 8:30 PM), on Mondays only on the second and fourth Monday of the month. The number of tickets is limited: purchase them in advance via the official website or at the counter on the Concourse Level, as third-party providers are not authorized according to the operator.

    The park at the foot of the Petronas Towers is the green lung of the district. It features walking paths, a jogging track, a large playground, and a children's pool. Evenings at the lake in front of Suria KLCC offer water shows with light and music, where you also get a good view of the illuminated towers.
